Natalie Bell

Natalie is Director of The Art of Finance, the training arm of The Verve Group, and also responsible for all things 'staff engagement' and 'culture change' across the group.
A creative individual with a background in communications, engagement and coaching, Natalie puts her engagement skills to the test by helping us to manage our growth - both the businesses growth and the team’s personal development - ensuring we stay true to our vision and core values as well as developing a programme of support for students of The Art of Finance.
She puts her qualifications in Motivational Behaviour and NLP to good use by creating exciting staff engagement and learning and development initiatives for teams and individuals across the group, including our own internal the leadership development programme.

Cathi Harrison

Cathi is CEO of The Verve Group, incorporating of Para-Sols, Apricity Compliance, The Art of Finance, The Grad Scheme and That Mint Podcast.
She has been in financial services since leaving university and holds both the Chartered and Certified Financial Planner status as well as being a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. In 2019, Cathi launched The Verve Group, incorporating Apricity and sister company Para-Sols, as well as new business The Art of Finance, which provides training courses in financial services.
The mission of the companies in The Verve Group is to support financial advisers, develop the financial services profession further, and attract lots of fresh, new talent, to enable the profession to keep growing. Cathi splits her time across the various businesses - supporting her team and clients on a daily basis, managing the strategy and focussing the growth for The Verve Group.
